Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 3 tbsps Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp Barbeque Sauce
  • 1 lb Baby Potatoes
  • 1 tbsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Whole Geera
  • Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together paprika, garlic, powder, onion powder, mustard powder, salt & black pepper.
  • Add spice blend to ground beef, add egg and breadcrumbs then combine well.
  • Form ground beef into 1 inch thick patties then wrap tightly in Diamond Non- Stick Aluminum Foil.
  • Add baby potatoes to Diamond Non- Stick Aluminum Foil then season with minced garlic, whole geera, dried thyme, salt & black pepper.
  • Seal potatoes with the Diamond Non- Stick Aluminum Foil.
  • Place patties & potatoes in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
