What are your supermarket locations opening hours?

Our stores are open daily to serve you, with varying times at each location. For regular store opening hours, go to Our Stores page for more details. Please note that our hours may vary on public holidays, so we recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for holiday hours.

Do you offer online shopping and delivery services?

At this moment, we do not offer online shopping through our website but we do offer options for home/office delivery or curbside pickup.

Can I return or exchange items if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Our exchange policy states that produce, fruits, meats (chilled/frozen), fish (chilled/frozen), eggs, chilled dairy products, and bakery products must be exchanged/returned within 48 hours from date of purchase.

All other items* must be exchanged/returned within 7 days from date of purchase. * No exchanges/returns on Alcohol products.

Exchanges/Returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

Management reserves the right to investigate exchanges/returns before refunding the customer.

Do you offer discounts or loyalty programs?

Yes, our loyalty program are for our valued customers. Sign up for our loyalty program and get your own JTA Thank You card.

JTA Thank You cardholders are able to earn and accumulate JTA and MAGNA points that can be redeemed for grocery discounts or gifts.
