For Icing Cross
Mix all the Bun ingredients into a smooth well developed dough.
Divide the dough into 2-oz pieces, ball smoothly and place 4 inches apart on a baking tray.
Place in a warm place covered with a damp cloth or oiled cling-film to allow to rise to twice the original size.
Bake in a preheated oven at 325oF for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
For Icing Cross
Mix icing ingredients into a smooth paste that can hold a peak when a finger is inserted into it and removed.
Pipe across top of cool buns.
