Whisk milk into eggs until well combined. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and melt Blue Band margarine in the pan. When the margarine starts to bubble pour in the egg mixture and immediately reduce the heat to medium-low heat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste but do not stir the pan until the eggs are set. This is also the time to add minced herbs, shredded cheese, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes or anything else you like.
With a wooden spoon lift the eggs from the edge of the pan to the center, farming large soft curds. When the eggs look wet but are no longer liquid, gently mound the eggs into the center of the pan.
Serve with toast and enjoy!
