Preheat oven at 375oF (190oC).
Beat the soft Golden Brand margarine and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. In a small bowl mix the eggs, vanilla extract and milk. In a third bowl, sift the flour and cocoa powder together. Slowly combine all three mixtures by adding 1 tablespoon each of the Golden Brand margarine mixture and the egg mixture into the flour mixture.
Cut the chocolate into pieces. Place paper muffin cups in muffin pan and fill these halfway with the batter. Add a piece of chocolate in the middle and cover with remaining batter.
Bake muffins in oven for 15-18 minutes.
Serving suggestion:
Cool down muffins for a little while, but serve warm while the chocolate filling is still soft.
