- 1 tin of Campbell’s® Cream of Broccoli soup (or any creamy Campbell’s ® soup)
- 4-5 medium potatoes peeled and Par boiled
- Season with garlic, pimento, shadon beni after cooking
- 1 pack of Du Jardin Corn and Peppers (450g)
- ½ cup Kerrygold™ Cheddar cheese
Serves a family of 4
Stir fry potato, seasonings and corn.
Add Campbell’s® Cream of Broccoli soup, black pepper and salt to taste. Put into a greased dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes.
