Vienna Egg Salad Sandwiches

  • 2 cans Grace Vienna Sausages, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp chopped chive
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 loaf bread
  • Butter or margarine, softened


Yield: 8 sandwiches

Chop sausages from one can and combine with green pepper, celery, chive, eggs, salad dressing/mayonnaise and salt.
Slice the sausages from the second can and brown in small amount of butter/margarine.
For each sandwich spread the vienna egg salad on one slice and place browned sausages on the next slice.
