Pesto Potato with Knorr by Wendy Rahamut

  • 1 1/2 lbs potatoes, boiled
  • 1 pkg Knorr Pesto Sauce mix
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


Preheat oven to 400oF.
Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.
Combine Knorr Pesto Sauce mix with olive oil.
Toss potatoes with pesto sauce and place onto greased baking sheet, bake until crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Serves 6.
