Teriyaki Rice & Orange Chicken Plate with Knorr

  • 1 pkg Knorr Asian Sides - Teriyaki Rice
  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 4 oz pieces
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp Oyster flavoured sauce
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives


Preheat broiler to 400oF or gril pan on your stovetop.
Season chicken with garlic.
Combine Oyster sauce with orange juice.
Place chicken in a greased oven proof dish, pour on orange juice mixture. Place under broiler and broil for 6 minutes on each side. Remove and slice.
In a saucepan, combine Knorr Teriyaki rice with water, stir and bring to a boil, simmer and cook for 7 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes. Turn out into serving plates, serve with chicken and garnish with chives.
