Toasted Emmental and Turkey Ham Sandwich

  • 4 Panini bread or bread of choice cut into 8 slices
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 8 slices Turkey ham
  • 4 to 8 slices Emborg Emmental as per preference
  • 12 tomato slices
  • green lettuce

Honey mustard vinaigrette

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp mustard dijon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Slice bread and smear outsides of bread with the butter. Place bread buttered sides down on a cutting board/baking parchment and smear the unbuttered sides with the honey mustard vinaigrette.
Layer all ingredents inside and cover with top bread slice (buttered sides on the outside). Place sandwich in toaster so buttered sides get in contact with the hot surfaces of the toaster.
Serve with green salad on the side or inside sandwich.

Yield 4 sandwiches.
