- 2 Teaspoons MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning -
- 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast Cubed
- 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Onion Diced
- 1 Garlic Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano, Fresh
- 2 Teaspoons Parsley, Fresh Chopped
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 25 cups CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk 395 g
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 Cup Spinach
- 250 Grams Pasta Or pasta of choice, cooked according to package instructions
In a bowl, season chicken breast with 2 teaspoons MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning.
In a deep sauté pan, add vegetable oil and sear chicken breast chunks until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add butter to the pan and add diced onions, garlic, fresh oregano, and parsley. Sauté until fragrant.
Add flour and mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk and remaining MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning, stirring constantly.
Add cooked chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and cooked pasta.
Remove from heat, add cheese, and stir in until the cheese melts.
Add cooked pasta and serve hot.
