- 1 bag Garden Foods Mandarin Stir Fry
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 lb peeled shrimp
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 can mandarin oranges
In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Add the bag of Garden Foods Mandarin Stir Fry and cook for two minutes. After, place this in a separate bowl.
In the same pan, add the other tablespoon of oil and the shrimp. Cook for two minutes, then add the vegetables back into the pan.
In a separate bowl, mix the corn starch and the sauce together. Add this to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
Add the mandarin oranges and serve over rice or pasta.
