1 Small Bowl
- 4 pieces Fish Steaks/Fillets
- 2 tbsps Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 4 cloves Garlic grated
- 1 Lemon for juice & slices for garnishing
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- HAPPI Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Parsley for garnishing
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Ensure fish is cleaned, rinsed and pat dry. Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut 4 pieces of aluminum foil each big enough to fit the fish steak/fillet in the middle with about 5 inches of foil on either side for folding.
In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil and black pepper. Add salt to taste if desired.
Place fish on the prepared foil and spoon the sauce mixture over. Fold the sides of the foil over the fish covering completely and sealing the foil packet closed.
Place packets on the baking sheet and bake in the pre-heated oven until cooked through about 15-20 minutes. Open the foil packets and broil for 2-3 minutes or until caramelized.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices if desired. Serve immediately.
