Beef, Bean & Macaroni Casserole

- 1 1/2 cup HAPPI Macaroni Elbows
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Onion diced
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp HAPPI Soyabean Oil
- 2 cans HAPPI Kidney Beans 14oz can
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin ground
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 cup Cheese grated
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F). Cook the macaroni following the directions on the packet. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat HAPPI Soyabean Oil in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook for about 4 minutes, until the onion is translucent. Add the ground beef and fry until browned.
Mix in the kidney beans, Worcestershire sauce, spices and tomato paste. Stir in the macaroni.
Pour into a baking/casserole dish, sprinkle the grated cheese and bake for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is golden.
