MAMBO Accra Recipe

- 1 Medium Onion finely diced
- 5 Cloves Garlic minced
- 3 large Pimentos minced
- 1/2 cup Fresh Herbs (Chandon Beni, (Chandon Beni, Thyme, Chive & Celery)
- 1 tsp Each Onion & Garlic Powder, Salt (optional) & Black pepper to taste
- 1 cup Salt Fish, boiled to remove excess salt
- 1 cup White Fish chopped (or any fish of choice)
- 3 cups Flour
- 6 tsps Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 3/4 cups Whole Milk
- 1/4 cup MAMBO SAUCE
Combine all the ingredients listed in a bowl.
Take spoonfuls (about 2.5 tbsps worth) and fry on medium heat for 4 mins on each side.
Makes about 25-30 medium sized accras.
