Tandoori Chicken

- 1 Whole Chicken cleaned & cut up (3-4lbs)
- 3 packs MAGGI Season Up Chicken
- 6 oz Plain Yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger minced
- 2 tsp Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 MAGGI Chicken Tomato Cubes crushed
- 1 pack MAGGI Masala Magic
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Season chicken pieces with Season Up. Set aside.
Blend remaining ingredients into a smooth paste.
Arrange seasoned chicken in a shallow baking dish.
Pour yoghurt mixture over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Bake chicken in preheated oven at 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
