Ingredients
  

  • 1 Whole Chicken cleaned & cut up (3-4lbs)
  • 3 packs MAGGI Season Up Chicken
  • 6 oz Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 MAGGI Chicken Tomato Cubes crushed
  • 1 pack MAGGI Masala Magic
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken pieces with Season Up. Set aside.
  • Blend remaining ingredients into a smooth paste.
  • Arrange seasoned chicken in a shallow baking dish.
  • Pour yoghurt mixture over chicken, cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Bake chicken in preheated oven at 400 degrees F / 200 degrees C for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
