What happens if I want to return items purchased with my Gift Card?
Any items purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our regular JTA return/refund policy and the value of the return will be credited to the Gift Card balance.

When does my Gift Card expire?
All Gift Cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the late transaction.
Can I purchase Gift Cards in bulk?
Yes, Gift Card bulk orders can be facilitated and are ideal as a gift, reward, incentive to customers, clients and staff members. You can send an email to giftcards@jtasupermarkers.com or call us at 217-4JTA (4582).
What happens if I still have a balance on my Gift Card when it expires?
Expired balances are non-refundable.
What happens if my Gift Card is stolen, lost or destroyed?
Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for case or replaced if lost or stolen.
Do I need Identification to use a Gift Card?
You are not required to present any form of Identification to use Gift Cards.
What can I purchase with my Gift Card?
Any item(s) sold at JTA Supermarkets.
How do I use my Gift Card to pay for purchases?
At the time of your purchase, inform the checkout that you are using a gift card to pay for your items. Your Gift Card will be scanned, and the value of your purchase will be deducted.
Can I use my Gift Card to pay for more than one purchase?
The full or portion of the value on the Gift Card can be used to pay for purchases. Any remaining balance may be used to make future purchases. Please note that Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no credit or change will be given on any unused portion.
Do I get JTA Thank You points when using a Gift Card?
JTA Thank You points are only issued when a Gift Card is used to buy items, not when the Gift Card is purchased.
Where can I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift Cards are available for purchase at all JTA Supermarkets branches in a variety of designs.
How do I purchase a Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be purchased and activated at the check out of any JTA Supermarkets location. A minimum value of fifty dollars ($50.00) is required for the activation of a Gift Card. All forms of payment accepted by JTA are accepted for the purchase of Gift Cards. After activation, Gift Cards can be immediately redeemed only at JTA Supermarkets.
Can my Gift Card be reloaded?
Yes, Gift Cards can be reloaded at the checkout of any JTA Supermarkets location.
