Instructions
 

  • Remove Ham from plastic packaging
  • Remove Ham from netting
  • Preheat oven to 325°F
  • Line roasting pan with aluminum foil
  • Place ham in pan and put in oven
  • Average 25 minutes baking time per kilo
  • When ham is half-cooked, remove from oven
  • Flip ham and return to oven
  • Overcooking your ham will dry it out

Refrigerated thawing:

Considered safest way to thaw. Place ham on a platter. Estimated thawing time 5 hours. Recommended as ham can be kept for 3-4 days after thawing before cooking.

Cold Water Thawing:

Easy way to thaw. Fill sink with cold water and place ham in plastic bag. It is important that minimal water gets in contact with ham. Ham should take between 3-5 hours to thaw. Cook immediately upon thawing.
