Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Potato peeled & diced
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tsp Geera/Cumin ground
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger minched
  • 2 packs MAGGI Season Up All Purpose 10g
  • 1 pack MAGGI Masala Magic 6g

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 200 degrees C.
  • In a bowl combine potatoes, 3 tbsps of oil, geera, turmeric, garlic, ginger, MAGGI Season Up All Purpose and MAGGI Magic Masala until well combined. Set aside.
  • Line a sheet tray with foil and lightly grease with remaining oil.
  • Transfer the potatoes onto the tray, ensuring that the potatoes are evenly spaced.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through and crisp.
  • Serve hot.
