Chief Brand Chicken & Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 tsp Chief Brand Chicken Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Onions minced
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Rice boiled
  • 1 can Peas & Carrots drained
  • 3 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Chief Brand Garlic Soy Sauce
  • 3/4 tsp Chief Brand Fried Rice Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Chief Brand Ginger Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chief Brand Chinese Seasoning Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Season chicken breast with Chief Brand Chicken Seasoning ensuring to massage the powder all over the surface area of chicken. Grill, bake or roast until cooked. Strip into little pieces and set aside.
  • Place a large sauté pan or medium sized wok over high heat. Add the vegetable oil and sauté the garlic and onion for 30 sections followed by the scrambling of the eggs in the pot.
  • Add the boiled rice, peas and carrots and parsley and continue sautéing quickly to evenly distribute the ingredients.
  • Add the Chief Brand Soy Souce, Friend Rice Seasoning, Ginger Powder and Chinese Seasoning Salt.
  • Stir fry to ensure all seasonings are mixed well in the rice. Add the stripped chicken in and season with black pepper. Stir fry for additional 30 seconds and remove from heat.

Serve as it is or as an accompaniment to potatoes and any meat of your choice.
