JTA Supermarkets Supports
St. Paul’s Boys’ Anglican Primary After Vandalism Incident

On Thursday 4th April, 2025, JTA Supermarkets, through its Hearts & Hands Outreach Committee, extended meaningful support to St. Paul’s Boys’ Anglican Primary School in San Fernando following a recent incident of vandalism that resulted in the theft of several critical items—including five fans, television screens, and a power washer.

Recognizing the impact on the school community, JTA Supermarkets donated five new fans to replace those stolen, along with a supply of essential stationery items to assist both staff and students. According to Principal Mr. Sankar, the stolen fans had originally been purchased through contributions from parents and the PTA, and the school was still in the process of fundraising to replace them—making the donation especially timely and appreciated.

In addition, JTA took the opportunity to show extra care to the students preparing for the Secondary Entrance Assessment (SEA) by providing a special treat of ice cream and cake. This small gesture was a heartfelt way of wishing the boys the very best in their upcoming exams on April 10th.

At JTA Supermarkets, we are committed to uplifting the communities we serve—especially in times of need. Through the Hearts & Hands Outreach Committee, we continue to support education, youth development, and the overall well-being of our nation’s children.

Together, we can help build stronger schools, brighter futures, and a more compassionate community—one act of kindness at a time.
