  • 2 Teaspoons MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning -
  • 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Onion Diced
  • 1 Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Oregano, Fresh
  • 2 Teaspoons Parsley, Fresh Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 25 cups CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk 395 g
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 250 Grams Pasta Or pasta of choice, cooked according to package instructions

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, season chicken breast with 2 teaspoons MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning.
  • In a deep sauté pan, add vegetable oil and sear chicken breast chunks until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add butter to the pan and add diced onions, garlic, fresh oregano, and parsley. Sauté until fragrant.
  • Add flour and mix. Cook for 3 minutes. Add CARNATION Full Cream Evaporated Milk and remaining MAGGI Unique Chicken Seasoning, stirring constantly.
  • Add cooked chicken, mushrooms, spinach, and cooked pasta.
  • Remove from heat, add cheese, and stir in until the cheese melts.
  • Add cooked pasta and serve hot.
