Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup Swiss Mambo Sauce
  • 1 cup Swiss Sweet Kernel Corn drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro optional
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • Mix shredded chicken with Swiss Mambo Sauce and Swiss Sweet Kernel Corn.
  • Heat a tortilla in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add chicken mixture and cheese to one half of the tortilla. Fold tortilla over to cover the filling. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Repeat with remaining tortillas. Cut quesadillas into wedges and garnish with cilantro if desired.
