  • 1 bag Garden Foods Mandarin Stir Fry
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 lb peeled shrimp
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 can mandarin oranges

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • Add the bag of Garden Foods Mandarin Stir Fry and cook for two minutes. After, place this in a separate bowl.
  • In the same pan, add the other tablespoon of oil and the shrimp. Cook for two minutes, then add the vegetables back into the pan.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the corn starch and the sauce together. Add this to the pan and cook until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the mandarin oranges and serve over rice or pasta.
