What happens if I want to return items purchased with my Gift Card?
Any items purchased with a Gift Card are subject to our regular JTA return/refund policy and the value of the return will be credited to the Gift Card balance.

When does my Gift Card expire?
All Gift Cards are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of the late transaction.
Can I purchase Gift Cards in bulk?
Yes, Gift Card bulk orders can be facilitated and are ideal as a gift, reward, incentive to customers, clients and staff members. You can send an email to giftcards@jtasupermarkers.com or call us at 217-4JTA (4582).
What happens if I still have a balance on my Gift Card when it expires?
Expired balances are non-refundable.
What happens if my Gift Card is stolen, lost or destroyed?
Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for case or replaced if lost or stolen.
