Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Pimento/Seasoning Peppers finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onions minced
  • 1 3/4 cup Green Peas
  • 1 pack MAGGI Rice It Up Saffron (Turmeric) Rice Seasoning
  • 4 cups Cooked Rice

Instructions
 

  • In a heavy bottomed pot, heat vegetable oil and butter until butter has melted.
  • Add garlic, pimento/seasoning peppers and onions. Saute on medium heat until onions are translucent.
  • Add green peas and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add MAGGI Rice It Up Saffron, stirring to ensure all the peas are coated with the seasonings.
  • Add cooked rice to the pot stirring to ensure that all of the rice has been well coated.
  • Serve immediately.
